Return Policy
At LALEMU, we take pride in offering high-quality, comfortable bamboo-based sleepwear for the entire family. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Process
To initiate a return, simply:
1. Log in to your account using the email you used at checkout.
2. Go to the Orders section in your account dashboard.
3. Find the order you wish to return and click Request return.
4. Follow the instructions to submit your return request.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label by email.
Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased directly from www.lalemu.com under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the order date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that items clearance or sale item(s).
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
1. Initiate a return for the original item(s) by following the steps outlined in the Return Process section.
2. Place a new order for the desired item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at help@lalemu.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will address the matter promptly.
Return Shipping Fees
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged item or an error on our part.
- A 20 AED return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Returns
Received LALEMU as a gift? We offer exchanges in the form of store credit for eligible items. To process a gift return:
1. Provide the original order number.
2. Items must meet our standard return eligibility criteria.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be credited back to the gift card
